WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY/SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Once a purchase is made and the files are delivered, we cannot retrieve or verify the deletion of the downloaded files from your end. Please be sure to review the demo photos of the template, along with the description and FAQ's prior to your order.
